Once you're done with the initial steps for the designated CRM/data source, proceed with import and field mappings.

● Objects to import

All objects you import have 2 properties to be mapped: Address and Name

If your Address is split into multiple fields on HubSpot, click "+ New address field" and provide the corresponding fields for the address parts in the window

If your addresses are in the format of latitude and longitude, click the "target" icon next to the Name field.

And provide mappings in the following window

If you're unsure how to map the address correctly, consult this article: How to pick field(s) to be used as the object's address.

Name mapping is of a multi-select type. Include all the parts for names there according to your data setup

If you need to add more objects and their mappings, click "Add Object" and choose what to add, and click "OK"

● Fields to import

We recommend importing all the fields

but in case you're sure some of them are unneeded, click the second option, you'll be able to choose the fields, mappings, and sync frequency

We don't think you should exclude fields on initial setup. They can be excluded from sync later from the setup page, once you get a hold of the product and really see what's necessary. More info: How to add a CRM object (module) to Mapsly

"Save and update" button finishes the setup and takes you to the main map.
