Mapsly is a standalone software platform that exchanges data with your Smartsheet account through its API and allows Smartsheet users to automatically log into Mapsly with their Smartsheet user credentials.
Create a team in Smartsheet
To connect to Mapsly via SSO, your Smartsheet account must have a group and be a part of it. If you're not yet in a group, click on Profile icon->Group Management
On the following page click Create Group, provide the details, add members
Your Smartsheet account is now ready to be connected to Mapsly.
To sign up for a new Mapsly account:
In Mapsly sign-up page click the Smartsheet logo and choose the location of your Smartsheet server
Upon clicking, you will see a popup where you'll be prompted to sign in to your Smartsheet account and confirm application to grant Mapsly access:
You'll end up on a page to fill your company's information
Follow the steps 2 and 3 of the Mapsly sign-up wizard article. Once it's done, refer to Data Source Mappings article to finish the setup.

How to log into Mapsly
To log into Mapsly (on both desktop and mobile), click the Smartsheet logo at the Mapsly login page app.mapsly.com (shown above) and - if prompted - sign into your Smartsheet user account. Mapsly will recognize your Smartsheet account id and log you into your Mapsly user account.
Linking existing Mapsly account to your Smartsheet organization
If you already have a Mapsly account that you'd like to link to your existing Smartsheet organization, simply make sure to click Link existing Mapsly account and enter your Mapsly account login and password:
This will link the two accounts via Single Sign-On.
Adding more users to Mapsly
New Smartsheet users are automatically added to your Mapsly account when they log into Mapsly with their Smartsheet credentials at app.mapsly.com; you don't need to add them manually. You can learn more about users and Single Sign-On here.
