After you add a route job to the Route panel, you can override the job's parameters that were prefilled from the job object settings (from the mapped CRM fields and job object defaults).

In the route pane, you can define job parameters for any job. To do it, open the context menu and press the "Edit" button:

In the modal that will open, you can define job parameters, such as Duration or Departure delay, as well as a variety of other parameters:

NOTE: Parameters defined here will have the highest priority, in case you defined routing parameters in multiple places.
