In order to be able to automatically sync removed records in real time you need to install the Mapsly extension on your Creatio account. To do that, simply follow the steps below:

  1. Visit https://marketplace.creatio.com/app/mapsly-connector-creatio

  2. Click at the "Install" button
    ​

  3. On the new page, paste the domain URL of your Creatio app (for example https://101656-crm-bundle.creatio.com/) and then click "Install":
    ​

  4. Then, click on the "Install" button again:
    ​

  5. Wait a couple of minutes until the application is installed successfully:
    ​

  6. You can then find open Mapsly app which will be located on the left panel:
    ​
