Bottom calendar view is a bottom pane that shows the list of calendar events for one or multiple users:

Unlike the regular calendar view on the left pane, the bottom calendar view makes it easier to view multiple users' calendar events at once:

If a user's profile has access to browse users, the calendar view will have a multiple users selection mode, which can be toggled by pressing this icon:

How to enable or disable Calendar bottom view
Calendar bottom view is enabled automatically when you enable the Calendar permission:
