If you already have a Mapsly account and would like to link it to your Zoho CRM organization, so you can open Mapsly inside the Zoho CRM and be automatically logged into your Mapsly account, install Mapsly extension and activate the Single Sign-On, but when you open your Mapsly tab, click Link existing Mapsly account (instead of Create new Mapsly account), enter your Mapsly account login and password – this will link the two accounts via the Single Sign-On:

Please note that you need to be the administrator of both your Zoho CRM and Mapsly accounts to link those accounts by the Single Sign-On.
