How to Connect Calendar to Mapsly

Easily integrate your Google Calendar, MS Outlook Calendar and CRM Calendar with Mapsly to view and update events, create new ones, and optimize your planning workflow.

CRM Calendar Configuration

  1. Make sure Calendar Feature is enabled

  2. Ensure that the CRM User ID is entered in Preferences → Calendar.

    1. Note: If SSO is enabled, the CRM User ID will be populated automatically.

    1. If SSO is not enabled, please fill in the field manually in Preferences → Personal Tab.

  3. You can obtain the CRM User ID from your CRM or find it in Mapsly under Table View → Users → Identifier.

Google Calendar Configuration

  1. Make sure Calendar Feature is enabled


  2. Open Preferences


  3. Navigate to the Calendar Tab

  4. Click on Connect Google Calendar Button


  5. Choose the Account You Want to Integrate


  6. Grant Access to Your Google Account


  7. Click on Continue


  8. Choose the Calendar you want to Sync and click on Save Button


Your Google Calendar is now successfully connected to Mapsly! You can view and update imported events on the Calendar Timeline, as well as create new ones

To verify the connection, navigate to Preferences and select the Calendar tab.


You can also view Calendar events in the Table View by enabling Google Calendar events in Setup → Profiles & Permissions.

MS Outlook Calendar Configuration

  1. Make sure Calendar Feature is enabled


  2. Open Preferences

  3. Navigate to the Calendar Tab

  4. Click on Connect Outlook Calendar Button

  5. Login to your Outlook account


  6. Choose the Calendar you want to Sync and click on Save button


Your Outlook Calendar is now successfully connected to Mapsly! You can view and update imported events on the Calendar Timeline, as well as create new ones

To verify the connection, navigate to Preferences and select the Calendar tab.


You can also view Calendar events in the Table View by enabling Outlook Calendar events in Setup → Profiles & Permissions.
