Routing — Overview dashboard

This dashboard displays the following metrics accumulated over the specified time period (by default, one month) and the selected users (combined and per individual users):

Visits section

Line 1

  • Total planned visits, broken down to Total completed visits and Total failed visits;

  • Visits today with a trendline showing the number of visits per day over the period;

Line 2

The following pie charts will contain data if your team checks into locations during their visits (so that the visit start time is logged on the route activity):

  • Total visits by status (such as completed, failed, and your custom route activity statuses);

  • Total completed visits by start delay: started on time, started with a delay of up to 15 minutes, started with a delay of 15-30 minutes, ..., started more than 1 hour late;

  • Total completed by user's distance from location: user is at the location (distance within 500m), user is 500-1000 meters from the location, ..., user is more than 5 km from the location.

Line 3

The following pie charts will contain data if your team checks out of locations during their visits (so the visit finish time is logged on the route activity):

  • Total completed by total completion time (completed within 15 minutes, completed within 15-30 minutes, ..., completed in over an hour);

  • Total completed by duration overtime: actual visit duration compared to the route activity's planned duration (completed within the planned duration, actual duration was up to 15 minutes longer, ..., actual duration was over an hour longer);

  • Total completed by finish delay: actual visit finish time compared to the route activity's planned finish time — this chart is similar to Total completed visits by start delay but based on the finish time instead.

Line 4+

Metrics described in Line 2 and Line 3 are available for each individual user.

Routes section

This section compares distance and time — planned (based on the user's daily routes) vs. traveled (logged using Mapsly's location tracking) — and shows the total planned distance and time broken down into components: travel time, waiting time, and visit time.

The same information is also shown for each user, along with the number of days each user traveled over the specified period of days.

NOTE: To see the time and distance traveled, your users must enable location tracking (see admin's guide and user's guide).

Routing — Time Analysis dashboard

This dashboard demonstrates how metrics mentioned in the Overview dashboard change over the specified time period (by default, 6 months) and time grain (by default, one week), for the selected users — combined and for each user.
