Shared maps allow you to create a link to a map powered by Mapsly and embed it into your Smartsheet Dashboard. If you haven't yet created a shared map please follow this step-by step guide on how to setup your first shared map before continuing reading this article.

There are 3 ways to embed Mapsly Shared Map into Smartsheet Dashboard:

Below you will find the instructions for all three of these options.

To embed the Mapsly Shared Map via Web Content widget, simply go to your Dashboard, click the '+' sign and add the Web content widget:

Then, click on Add Content button and choose Website:

After that simply paste the Link to your Mapsly Shared Map into the Link field and click Apply:

To embed the Mapsly Shared Map via Shortcut, simply go to your Dashboard, click the '+' sign and add the Shortcut widget:

Then, click on Add Shortcut button and choose Website:

After that simply paste the Link to your Mapsly Shared Map into the Link field and click Apply:

To embed the Mapsly Shared Map via Image, simply go to your Dashboard, click the '+' sign and add the Image widget:

Then, click on Select Image button and upload an image:

After that click on Widget Behaviour, choose "Open another site...", paste the link to your Mapsly Shared Map into the link field and click Save:
