You can configure schedules that will execute a scheduled set of actions at specified frequency intervals. To create schedule simply go to "Schedules":

Click to "Create a schedule":

Fill in the Name, Object, Start and Frequency fields and then add your actions/condition below:

You can also define a custom frequency by choosing the "Custom" option and then writing your own cron expression. You can use any cron making tool, for example http://www.cronmaker.com/

Note, that the frequency cannot be below 10 minutes.
