Normally, after the installation of Mapsly extension, the link to Mapsly is too far down at the Modules menu, so it's could be not convinient to use it:
To move it up at the menu (so it would be pinned to the top):
1 - Go to Modules -> Click 'Organize modules' icon (next to the Modules header):
2 - Drag Mapsly to the top of the list and click Save
