How do I subscribe (when my account is in Trial)?
How to purchase or remove a user seat
Click Change to the right of Seats, select the desired number of seats and click Confirm:
When you purchase a seat, you'll be immediately charged a prorated amount for the rest of the current billing period.
How to upgrade or downgrade my subscription plan?
Click Change to the right of Plan, select the new plan and click Confirm:
When you upgrade, you'll be immediately charged a prorated amount reflecting the difference of the prices of the new and the previous plans for the rest of the current billing period.
How do I update my payment method?
Click Change to the right of Payment method:
How to view my invoices?
Invoices for completed subscription charges are automatically sent to the email of the Mapsly account creator, and can also be viewed on Mapsly's billing page behind the Payment history button:
If you'd like to change the email to which your invoices are sent, please contact Mapsly support and we'll update it for you.
How to add address and tax ID to my invoices?
You may add your billing address, and your tax ID when necessary, to your invoices directly — by clicking the Add address button when viewing your invoice by its link (as described above):
