How to adjust frequency of importing data into Mapsly

Adjust your Mapsly-CRM sync schedule to reduce API limit consumption

By default, Mapsly imports new and updated data from your CRM once every 30 minutes. This schedule may be adjusted separately for each CRM object (module):

  • Click Setup in the main menu here:
    ​

  • Click the name of your CRM or select Objects & fields in its context menu:

  • Click the 'Sync every 30 minutes' link and adjust the schedule as needed:
