You can update route activity statuses by either using the SetActivityStatus() function or the Update route activity status action. This article explains how to create a new custom route activity, as well as how to access your existing route activity statuses.

To view your existing route activity status, you need to enable access to the Route Activity Status object in the Profiles & permissions page:

Then, open the table view and select the Route Activity Status object:

To create a new route activity, create a button and include the "Create record" action:

Execute this action in any button and then you should see this route activity status appear in the table view:
