Every User in Mapsly belongs to a Profile that grants access to data and functionality.
For Administrators
Note: Mapsly doesn't sync the access levels from your CRM.
A creator of the Mapsly account becomes an Administrator
Users from your CRM are Standard Users
Standard Users do not have access to changing Profiles
To add Users consult this article or add them manually with "+" button.
To change a User's Profile go to Setup->Users. Each user is modified separately. Click the 3-dots left from User's name->Edit->Profile to make a selection.
For Users
Ask your Administrator to modify your access to resources.
