[Airtable] Existing Mapsly account setup guide

Mapsly is a standalone software platform that exchanges data with your Airtable account through its API. Follow the steps below to connect your existing Mapsly account with Airtable.

Connecting Airtable to your existing Mapsly account

  1. Log in to your Airtable account.

  2. In the top right corner, click on Account.

  3. Navigate to the Builder Hub.

  4. Click on Create Token.

  5. Fill in the Name field.

  6. Click on 'Add a scope'.

  7. Select the following required scopes:

    1. data.records: read

    2. data.records: write

    3. schema.bases: read

    4. user.email: read

  8. Click on 'Add a base' if you want to specify which Base(s) should be imported to Mapsly, or click on 'Add all resources' if you want to import all Bases to Mapsly.

  9. Click on 'Create token'.

  10. On the 'Your token has been created modal' copy the Token.

Open Mapsly and follow the following instructions:

  1. Open the 'Setup' page.

  2. Open 'Data Sources & Company' tab.

  3. Click on the '+' icon.

  4. In the dropdown, select 'Airtable'.

  5. In 'Connection parameters', enter the copied Token and click on 'Connect To Source'

As a result, Airtable is successfully connected to your Mapsly account.
