Map tiles

By default, your shared maps are configured to use Open Street Maps tiles, but you also have the option to use your own MapBox tiles token, which is especially useful if you need map tiles with custom styling or data overlays. (While MapBox does require you to add your credit card data to sign up for a MapBox account, it offers a generous free tier that covers the needs of most clients.)

Additional features

By default, shared maps users won’t be able to: (1) edit data, (2) see the Layers and Table view panels (but you still can use the map layers to colorize data for your shared maps users), or use custom buttons. But these features can be enabled for an additional fee — ask us in chat or email directly [email protected] for details.

Map loads limit (upgradable)

By default, your shared maps are limited to 3,000 map loads per day (across all your shared maps), and not more than 30,000 map loads per month. Contact us in chat if you’d like to raise these limits.

Unavailable functionality

Shared maps don’t allow routing or prospecting (only logged-in users can access these two features).
