Common Errors When Syncing Events from Mapsly to Your CRM:

  • Missing CRM User ID

  • Missing Calendar Permission in Mapsly

  • Expired Token

  • Error Returned by Your CRM

Missing CRM User ID

If SSO is not enabled for your CRM, you will need to add the CRM User ID manually. Follow these steps:

  1. Open Preferences, Personal tab.

  2. Add the CRM User ID: You can find the ID in your CRM or in Mapsly by navigating to Table View -> Users -> Identificator.

  3. Save the Form.

Note: For Google and Outlook Calendars, this data is automatically populated once you connect them.

Missing Calendar Permission in Mapsly

If you encounter an error related to calendar permissions, it indicates that the permissions in Mapsly are not correctly configured. To resolve this:

  1. Open the Setup Page.

  2. Navigate to the Profiles & Permissions tab

  3. Locate Calendar Permissions.

  4. Enable Desired Permissions and Save the Form.

Expired Token

To address an expired token issue, you will need to reconnect your data source. Here's how:

  1. Open the Setup Page.

  2. Click on the three dots next to the data source.

  3. Select Connector Settings.

  4. Click on Re-connect.

Note: Any errors returned from the CRM should be addressed on the CRM side.

Once you have resolved the issue, you can retry syncing either the specific event or all events at once.

To sync a single event, right-click on it and select Retry Saving to Your CRM.

You can also open the specific event and click the Retry Saving to CRM button.

To perform a bulk operation and sync all failed events, click the three dots at the top of the calendar and select Retry Saving.
