In Calendar settings, you can turn your calendars on and off, [soon] configure custom calendars, and manage calendar user groups.

Note. Calendar settings are visible only to Mapsly administrators.

To access Calendar settings, click Calendar settings in the Calendar panel's header menu:

Managing your calendars

The Calendar tab lists all your available calendars and allows you to activate and deactivate them using their on/off switch:

Managing custom calendars

Out of the box, Mapsly comes with a pre-configured Google Calendar and your CRMs calendar. For example, if you signed up for a Mapsly account with a HubSpot as your data source, you would have two pre-configured calendars.

Mapsly calendars are governed by metadata that describes which data object represents a calendar event and which fields represent an event's title, location, start and end times, and other attributes. So it's easy to configure your own calendar based on any other data object with the necessary event attribute fields.

To configure a custom calendar, please contact us in chat and our solution engineers will configure it for you. (Soon, you'll be able to configure it by yourself on this tab.)

Managing calendar user groups

Calendar user groups, together with the bottom calendar view, are useful for managing the calendar schedules of a large number of users. A user can be assigned to a user group when s/he is added to Mapsly, and then you may add or remove an entire user group to the bottom calendar view.

The User groups tab allows you to create and remove user groups.
