All routing data, includling all activities in a route and the route stats, is available programmatically β this may be leveraged by:
creating workflows triggered, for example, when a route is published or when a route session is being published β that may process the route data, for example, to export routes in a predetermined format or send it to the CRM;
βadding a button to the Route panel's menu β to process a route's data or all routes in a routing session by dispatcher's request.
