Normally, after the installation of the Mapsly extension, the link to Mapsly is too far down the top menu, so it's hidden behind the 3 dots:

To move it up the menu (so I would be pinned to the top):

1- go to Setup -> Objects and fields:

2- Click Organize modules:

3- Drag Mapsly to the top of the list and click Save:
